United Nations Visit 7-30-15

On July 30, the Strong Heart Warrior Society of the Independent Lakota Nation met for the second time with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in New York regarding a number of issues related to the survival of the Lakota Oyate including the next steps in developing a comprehensive genocide complaint against the United States and the five U.S. states within Lakota Territorial jurisdiction.

From Strong Heart: Canupa Gluha Mani, Cante Ohitika Waste, Ana (Naomi Archer), and Christine Blachly of the Strong Heart Solidarity Project. Giorgia Passarelli and David Marshall represented the United Nations OHCHR.
